1.Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are manufacturer and we specialize in a wide range of garment accessories such as: elastic webbing, drawcord, shoelaces, belt and so on...

2.Q: How can I get your samples? Do I have to pay for the sample?
A: It depends on the sample cost itself. Normally, we will provide you free items within the length of 1 yard or up to 10 pieces of our existing samples to check our quality. Please note that the freight cost will be collected at buyer's side.

3.Q: Can I order multiple product colors (of applicable products)?
A: Yes, you can order multiple product colors on applicable items with the same artwork and imprint color and you will receive the price break for total quantity. However, if you would like two different imprint colors additional charges may apply.

4.Q: Can I have our own logo/design?
A: Sure, please provide us your logo design with dimensions. When we follow up your design, an amount of handling cost for R&D will be added but it is refundable after your real order which meet our requirements confirmed.

5.Q: How long for sample and mass order?
A: Normally it will take 3-10 days for sample, 15-25 days for mass order. Generally, lead time will depend on order quantity and style.

6.Q: How about the after sale service?
A: For any problem, if it turns out to be our factories responsibility, we will make replacement or offer discount. If not, we will also give assistance to solve the problems.

7.Q: What shipping method I can choose ? And the shipping time of each option ?
A: DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, by sea etc, 3-5 working days by express, 10-30 working days by sea.

8.Q: What's the trade term and payment term ?
A: These information we will mention in the quotation sheet. Normally, we quote FOB price. Concerning the payment term, we can accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment ), Western Union & Cash, if large amount L/C is workable.
